Pixels vs. Vectors is a vibrant and visually striking digital illustration project inspired by the Nintendo Switch game cover design. The artwork explores the contrasting aesthetics of pixel art and vector graphics, highlighting the unique charm and technical precision each style offers. The front cover uses bold, colorful cityscape scenes that showcase the vividness and sharpness of vector art, while the pixel art elements evoke nostalgia for classic video games and their charming, blocky visuals. Through this project, I developed skills in blending different digital art techniques to create a cohesive and engaging design that appeals to both modern and retro gaming audiences. This illustration not only demonstrates my ability to work with diverse digital styles but also my passion for video game culture and visual storytelling.
